On November 22/23 the  D.E.L.E. (Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language issued by the Spanish Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spain's Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport) exam took place in the International Institute of Interdisciplinary Education and Ibero-American Studies.

On November 20 the Southern Federal University and the Ministry of Higher Education of the Republic of Cuba discussed a joint education project: «SFedU-Cuba» preparatory department.
