The selection of applicants for participation in the competition for the appointment of scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation among students and postgraduates of higher education programs and scholarships of the Government of the Russian Federation among students of secondary vocational education programs, students and postgraduates of higher education programs starts at Southern Federal University.
